Do you also configure the devices?

We can configure the devices for you at an extra cost. Please reach out to us on Whatsapp via 0742324193 to schedule a session with us.

What are your shipping timelines?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 4:00 PM are handled the next business day. Deliveries within Nairobi usually take 1 day depending on exact location. Countrywide deliveries via courier take 1–2 days.

What is your return and refund process?

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Email sales@centipidtechnologies.com to begin the process. Once approved, we provide return instructions and a return label. Refunds take 3–7 business days after inspection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and cash for eligible COD deliveries.

Do you ship outside Kenya?

Not at the moment. We currently deliverwithin Kenya only.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue by arranging a replacement or return as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
