At Centipid Technologies, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 2 days of receiving their item.
Because this is a short window, we strongly encourage customers to inspect their products immediately upon deliveryto identify any issues as early as possible.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition as received

Be unworn, unused, and free from damage

Include all original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) or return label
Items that fail to meet these conditions may be declined.
3. Return Authorization Required

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our side (e.g., wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for:

Centipid Technologies will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Policy
Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund approval or rejection.
6. Refund Approval
If approved:

Refunds are issued using the original payment method
This includes:

Paystack (Card, Bank, Apple Pay)

M-Pesa

Bank transfer
Transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.
7. Refund Rejection
A refund request may be rejected if:

The item shows signs of use

The item is damaged or missing components

The return was made after the 2-day window

The item does not match the return authorization
If rejected, the customer will be responsible for arranging pickup of the item.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for:

Incorrect items delivered

Defective items (not caused by customer misuse)
Exchanges must be requested within the same 2-day window.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations will be handled as a return (see above conditions).
