1. Handling Time
All confirmed and paid orders are processed within 2 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next working day.
Please note: weekends and public holidays are excluded from handling time.
2. Transit Time
Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 1–2 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slight delays due to courier routing.
3. Delivery Options & Costs

Standard Delivery
- Orders above Ksh 50,000 - Free shipping
- Orders below Ksh 50,000 - Ksh 350
All orders must be fully paid before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
4. Couriers Used
We partner with reliable logistics providers including G4S Courier, Wells Fargo, Fargo Courier, and verified local boda riders for short-distance deliveries.
Couriers are assigned automatically based on your delivery location for the fastest service.
5. Coverage Area
We deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya, including:
Nairobi, Kiambu, Thika, Nakuru, Nyeri, Machakos, Meru, Kitui, Nanyuki, Kisumu, Eldoret, Mombasa, Lodwar, and their surrounding areas.

6. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an Email notification containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use these details to follow up directly with the courier.
For boda or pickup deliveries, our team will reach out with direct handover details.
7. Payment Terms
All deliveries require full payment before dispatch.
We accept M-Pesa and Card during checkout.
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been verified.
